Our Team
Jennifer Smith, Manager
Jennifer, our Assistant Store Manager, is a native Nashvillian and a graduate of O’More College of Design. With seven years of Interior Design experience under her belt, she's proven to be a fast learner. So much that she was a natural to assume the position of Assistant Manager in just five months. Jennifer has a keen ability to see and implement ‘the big picture’, team-building skills, and an unrelenting drive to do good things even better, which has already increased store efficiency and sales. She also understands our products, and how they translate to customers from all generations from both a creative and numbers perspective -a critical skill in buying. We are fortunate to have Jennifer on our team, and value her professionalism and standards of excellence. To unwind, Jennifer enjoys creating scrapbooks and consulting women in accessorizing their wardrobe with jewelry & accessories.
Lee Gallagher, Designer
A University of Tennessee graduate in Art and a native Nashvillian, Lee has had experience in both Design and retail. She has become Bella Linea’s official Maitre d’: she ‘doesn’t meet a stranger’, loves people and linens, and is truly one of the nicest, most enthusiastic people you’ll ever know. Lee enjoys painting and walking her dog Bandit (Bandit actually walks her, she says), being outdoors, and gardening.
Amberly Pryor, Assistant Manager
Bella Linea welcomes Amberly to our newly created position of Administrative Assistant. She grew-up in Columbia and moved to Murfreesboro to pursue a degree in Mass Communications at Middle Tennessee State University. Always on the go, Amberly enjoys working out, dancing, and spending time outdoors. She says she thinks she used to be “way more cool” than she is now, but we don't buy it. Unflappable and able to easily switch from one complicated project to the next, Amberly also shines in people skills and sales because of her positive spirit and humor. She also has the energy of an 'ever-ready battery' --- retail is 'written all over her'.
Caitlin Reed, Designer
Cait is a “summer”, both in looks and color preferences. Inspired by design, she loves architectural history and creating short stories and illustrations. Understanding the Psychology of design is another interest: she’s always wanting to know why and how people are affected by their environment. Which makes sense that she’s a crossword puzzle aficionado, too. Cait hails from Washington DC with a degree in interior design from Montgomery College.
Nicole Baxter, Merchandise
A creator by nature, Nicole finds inspiration in the field of design and strives to apply the principles of balance, longevity, functionality, and beauty in all she undertakes. Music, gourmet meals, nature and traveling are a few of her favorite interests, while faith and family is her foundation. Nicole graduated from O’More College of Design with Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design.
