About Us

Our History

Bella Linea - which means 'beautiful linens' in Italian - was founded in 1987 in Nashville, TN specializing in the ‘European Sleep Style’ of down comforters and pillows.  We then evolved into a fine linen store also featuring bath accessories, furniture and gifts.  Today, Bella Linea offers quality linens from all over the world, draperies, rugs and furniture, and bath and home accents.  Our Design Bar includes over 4,000 fabric choices from leading manufacturers, and we also offer in-store and home interior design services.  Our in-store retail products include basic bedding and  top-of-the-bed signature coverlets, duvets and shams as well as  sheets, towels,  bath and home accents and gifts.

We are proud of our team of design experts who understand that the bedroom is indeed a sanctuary, and know how to transform a house into a home. We are also blessed to have associates who have been with us for years; providing continuity for our clients and helping to strengthen our partnerships with Nashville's interior designers. Bella Linea remains committed to providing unlimited choices you can see, touch and test, and the expertise and customer service your busy life demands.   Our process is easy and fun!  Thank you for the opportunity to help you create the bed and interior of your dreams, and your ongoing support of us for over 32 years!

Linda Berry and The Bella Linea Team

Linda Berry is a native Nashvillian and the founder and owner of Bella Linea

Our Brand

Bella Linea offers the world's quality linen lines along with many choices in other categories. But it is through our design services that we help you create truly unique designs to fit your lifestyle, budget and decor. In this new age of retail, we thank you for honoring that we create and sell by design instead of by brand.

The Dollars and Sense of Shopping Local

Did you know that for every $100 dollars spent locally, $45 dollars flows back to our community? This helps pay for city services and reduces tax increases, and stengthens our community through creating jobs to ensure a strong local economy and  high property values.  When the same $100 dollars is spent at a chain store, only $13.00 goes back to our community.  Online purchases result in zero dollars!
